Requesting

So you want to request from me? That's obviously why you clicked here. Well there are a few steps that you have to go through before you actually submit the form. The first part is that you MUST read and understand (and follow, of course) these few simple rules.

Rules for Requesting

1. Treat me with respect. I do not want to deal with rude people, impatient people, or annoying people.
Therefore,
2. Do not constantly ask me how I am doing on your layout... how its coming along. If it's done. Your name will be on the waiting list... check that. DO NOT ASK ME.
3. Speak kindly when you request or talk to me... and no spamming up or messing up my chat box. Also, no hate mail or telling me I suck. Grow Up. Please.
4. Keep my credit on so people know where you got your spectacular layout.
5. If requests are closed, don't request. Duh.
6. Please follow the next few pages exactly, otherwise I won't complete your request. (don't worry... it's not hard to follow.)
7. Only one request at a time. I am not making a layout for each page you own or making a new one for each day. Wait a month before requesting again... at least.


Any Questions? I should hope not... those are pretty standard and nearly commonsensical rules. Alright. Now that you've read and understand the rules, it's time to fill out that form.
